Jason Tian

Jason Tian(Jie Tian) has focused on cross-border family laws and estate laws and pertinent legal services helping clients from all over the world deal with their cross-border legal issues in and outside China.

His main areas of legal practice cover cross-border family law services such as estate planning, inheritance, insurance, international divorces, guardianship & custody, and inbound and outbound investments, real estate, and arbitration and litigation. Most of the time, he represents foreign clients in dealing with inheritance and divorces involving real properties and corporate shares, and over the recent years, his team has been also focusing on advising Chinese HNWIs in creating offshore estate plans employing offshore insurances and trusts.
