Lotus holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from East China University of Political Science and Law in China and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Durham University in the UK, with specialized training in comparative legal systems and cross-border dispute resolution.

With a strong academic foundation in both civil law and common law traditions, Lotus possesses a sophisticated understanding of international legal frameworks. Her professional experience spans both litigation and non-litigation matters. Currently Lotus is a legal assistant in the Cross-Border Family and Wealth Sucession Team of Shanghai Landing Law Firm.
