China to boost its property leasing market

As a way to rein in the wild-going property market in China, China State Cabinet in May of this year stepped up a new piece of notice telling its local counterparts to promote property leasing market to provide shelter for people who cannot afford to purchase properties.

I personally fully agree on the move which can be a successful way to tame the property market, subject to changes in laws and regulations related to property leasing or home renting.

The main ideas of the new leasing notice:

1. Encourage Formation of Property Leasing Companies and Leasing by Individual Owners

To cultivate property leasing market, the first thing is to have properties available for leasing.
